Tifa Lockhart - Final Fantasy VII

KiaraBerry aka Chiara is an Italian cosplayer who loves anime, manga and video games.

When she discovered pictures of cosplayers on the internet, she thought they were really cool, and this is what lead to her journey into cosplay.

Back in 2012, her best friend told her about her first cosplay event. They both decided to go to this event and try cosplaying together for the very first time!

We asked Chiara what she liked most about cosplay, and who her favorite character was...

 
"The things I like the most about cosplay are the chances it gives you to meet new people with common interests and the fact that by portraying the characters you can feel somehow closer to the fantasy world which they belong to."

"As for my favorite character, I don't think I have one, there are so many that I love and would like to cosplay! But if I had to pick one from the ones I've already cosplayed, it would be Tifa =)"

Ariru-lunatic

 Alice - Alice in Wonderland

Ariru-Lunatic is a 19 year old cosplayer from the Ukraine, who is just finishing her studies at medical college. Her love of music has lead her to a specialist music school, which she will be attending once she has graduated.

Ariru-Lunatic has long been interested in anime and Japanese culture, and after her online discovery of the world of cosplay, liking what she saw, she decided "Why not?" take part herself.

Since she started cosplaying back in 2010, she has found her favorite part of cosplaying to be the preliminary research into each character that she is aiming to portray, and seeks out even the smallest of details, going into what she calls "detailed elaboration".

So far her favorite costume is Mrs. Toad from Thumbelina, which will soon be replaced by one of her next two upcoming cosplays that she has been looking forward to creating for years, one of which since childhood.

Black lady - Sailor Moon

Here we have MonicaWos, a 22 year old cosplayer from Vietnam, who likes Harry Potter and Listening to LOUD music in the dark.

She absolutely loves cosplay, and enjoys traveling to Cambodia to take part in cosplay events where she meets up with her cosplay friends.

Her costumes have a good level of detail, and her enjoyment is quite apparent in the majority of her pictures. =)

 Say hello to QueenRiot "aka Ashley Riot" =D

Ashley is a comic illustrator, writer, gamer, and model, who in her spare time, likes to play video games and work on her cosplay projects.




She has been cosplaying since 2002, and has found that she has been drawn into the costume making side of the hobby further as each year has passed.

Leading her to learning new valuable techniques and skills related to costume making, this has allowed her to improve the final result of each completed cosplay.

Making her goals of portraying each character to as truer likeness as she can, possible each time.

Well we have had that much interest via our cosplay post that we have even more to catch up on! xD
